Terms of Sale and Website Use

These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a digital product. By placing an order, you confirm that the order details are accurate and that you are legally able to enter a contract.

Seller and payments

Products are created or selected by Andrej Nankov. AgentaOS is the Merchant of Record for transactions completed through AgentaOS checkout. AgentaOS processes the payment, taxes, billing details, and payment receipt, and its buyer terms also apply to that transaction.

Prices and orders

Store prices are shown in EUR unless a product page clearly states another currency. Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout. An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed by the AgentaOS redirect, webhook, or server-side status check. Failed, cancelled, or expired checkouts do not create a paid order, and you may restart checkout while the product remains available. I may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed under the terms displayed on the applicable product page and included with the download. Unless a product page expressly grants commercial project use, the default license is personal and non-commercial. Product-specific license terms control where they differ from this default. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, host, or share the purchased source files or download unless the applicable license expressly allows it. Access is provided through your account after successful payment.

Immediate digital delivery

Before starting checkout, you are asked to accept these terms, expressly request immediate digital delivery after payment, and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right may be lost when access to the download begins. This does not limit mandatory remedies for digital content that is defective, unavailable, or materially different from its description.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, scrape protected content, or use it unlawfully. Unless stated otherwise, the website content, branding, writing, and digital products remain protected by intellectual-property rights.

Liability and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or unforeseeable losses are excluded. These terms may be updated for legal, technical, or business reasons; the version displayed when you order governs that purchase.
